There are many things in our lives to be grateful for, but we tend to get caught up in the day to day and focus on what we don’t have. By shifting the focus to what there is to be grateful for every day, life becomes sweeter.Make a list of everything you are grateful for. Include things like health, talents, family, friends, what inspires you, what makes you special or unique, pets, foods you love, experiences you’ve had.

I am grateful for the following people and things. Really think about all the things you are grateful for and elaborate in the space below.
