Session Progress:

Welcome to Staying Positive and in Healthy Thinking!

In this module, learn how to open up even more space inside yourself for true healthy love to thrive.  Soon you’ll be in Dating Camp, phase 3 of the program inviting in the right one for you!

Action items and Daily Practices:

  1. Review the Daily Practices Worksheet to really become immersed in healthy thinking to propel you to success!  Mindset is 80% of success.  It’s 20 doing.
  2. Revisit the Meet to Marry Mantras below to guide your healthy thinking!  Choose new ones that resonate, and continue to use them as displays.  For example, you can tape them to your bathroom mirror, add them to your ThinkUP app and reminders on your phone.

There’s no future in the past.
Reality, don’t leave home without it.
Never date or marry potential.
Be mother/father to myself.  How can I expect others to love me if I don’t love myself?
Attachment is the enemy of happiness.
How will I know, it will flow.
I lived, I loved and I learned.
To thyself be true.
If I’m in my comfort zone, I moving backwards.
Challenge unhealthy thinking.
Live life consciously.
My thoughts and feelings are energy.  Make sure they are high vibration.  The universe is listening.
The only think I can count on about life, is that it will change.
Feelings aren’t fact, facts are facts.
Go with the flow of life.
Don’t blow in the wind, be the wind.
I attract what I send out.
Act in the present to secure the future.

3. When you’re in gratitude you can’t suffer. Use the  Things I Am Grateful For now worksheet to list everything you’re grateful for.

4.  Thank God/Universe for the things you don’t yet have, as though you already do!   When you do this and feel what you want (even before you have it), along with a clear intention it becomes real.  The universe doesn’t know the difference between feeling something and actually having it according to Joe Dispenza, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.

4. Every day, as part of your daily practice, state what you’re grateful for using the Daily Gratitude worksheet.
